7-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:

Used Products
If a product has been used and you still wish to request a refund, we may issue a partial refund of up to 50% of the purchase price, depending on the condition of the item after inspection. In such cases, the customer may keep the product.

If your return is approved, we'll provide detailed return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item. We'll work quickly to provide an appropriate resolution.
